The Full Circle Programme

Harness Racing New Zealand has been informed of a traceability initiative operating in America called The Full Circle Program.

The programme connects individuals from all over the globe with a shared interest or concern in a horse.

Horses registered in the programme can be actively traced, providing a network that allows former connections of a horse to be involved in ensuring a safe, productive outcome for a horse that is no longer racing.

The Full Circle Program invites anyone with an interest in a horse, or horses in America, to register their details with the USTA (United States Trotting Association).

The Full Circle Program is free to join, and your enrolment details can be removed at any time.
