Speedy Lavros

Known now to many as Rio.

I use him as a hack and for all the beginners that want to learn how to ride.

I bought him in 2019 from Krystal who runs Blue Star Rehoming in Pukekohe.

He is the best horse I have ever owned.

His life is pretty relaxed- most of the time he is on turn out.

He is fantastic to do anything with and he is great with children, teaching many to ride.

My sister currently rides a 14.2hh pony and going onto Rio who is 16.1hh was nerve racking for her, Rio as always is happy to plod along.

I couldn't have asked for a better horse.
