Jane as we call her, is a 14 year old mare. She had 21 starts as a pacer for one 3rd and one 1st before retiring from the track.

With my neck in a brace after a fracture, I brought Jane home as a project to keep me busy while I recovered, and five years later I couldn't imagine life without her.

A typical moody mare, she is the queen of the paddock despite only standing at 14.3hh (what she lacks in size she makes up for with sass!)

Throughout our time together, she has enjoyed a few farm adventures, the occasional ribbon day with our riding students, and dutifully looks after beginner riders on treks.

However what she absolutely adores, is a fast beach blat with our experienced guests.

A fan favorite with teenage girls, she loves a chance to change gears, before being spoiled with tasty treats afterwards.
