Tetrick cements spot in Renwick Farms Dominion Trot

Yesterday's South Bay Trotters Cup at Kaikoura has resulted in some big changes in this week's final Go Media New Zealand Trotting Cup rankings.

The big mover is Tetrick who took out The White Morph Motel South Bay Trotters Cup in fine fashion.

As a result he goes from 22nd to 11th and is now set to start in next Tuesday's $400,000 Renwick Farms Dominion Trot at Addington Raceway.

The 4YO gelding, owned by Trackside presenter Brittany Graham, got the perfect run in the one-one for driver Carter Dalgety before cruising home to win by more than a length from a fast-finishing George Eliot.

She now also makes the Dominion field, improving four places in this week's rankings, from 18th to 14th.

The only changes in the New Zealand Cup are with Mo'unga and Merlin. They swap places and are now 10th and 11th respectively after Mo'unga rushed home into third in yesterday's feature, the Bulldog Hanover Kaikoura Cup which was taken out so impressively by Captains Mistress.

Fields for Go Media New Zealand Trotting Day will be out Wednesday with the draws for the Cup and Dominion on The Box Seat at 8.30pm Wednesday.
