HRNZ appoints new Interim Commercial Director
Harness Racing NZ has appointed Anna Flynn as Interim Commercial Director to lead the organisation. Anna will join the team on 1 July.
This is a deliberate appointment to strengthen HRNZ’s organisational performance and ensure the business is operating effectively to support the industry.
Anna brings significant leadership and senior commercial and finance experience, including CFO roles and performance leadership positions across a range of New Zealand organisations. She has a strong track record improving organisational performance and financial discipline.
Her role will focus on strengthening operational effectiveness and performance across HRNZ.
Anna has shared “I’m looking forward to working with the team at HRNZ and leading them during an important time for this industry. There’s a lot of good work already underway, and my focus will be on supporting the team and strengthening how we operate.”
This role has been designed to complement the existing senior leadership team , which remains unchanged.
