One of harness racing's more colourful characters will return to the scene of his first ever win when the NZ Amateur Drivers Championships get underway this week.

The first big clash of the Ladbrokes Inter Dominion series comes on the opening night when local superstars Leap To Fame and The Janitor go at it again.
