Revitalising harness racing in the north is crucial for the long-term benefit of the entire sport.
Auckland is a key population and economic centre in New Zealand, but is under represented in harness racing and wagering participation, and this needs to change for the sport to grow.

AUCKLAND

• Alexandra Park is one of our two premier venues, with 45 Friday nights.
• Regular heats and $35,000 finals leading to a robust wagering product and offering.
• Complementary programming with Cambridge for two pools of horses creating fair opportunities to race.

CAMBRIDGE

• Regular opportunities for lower rated horses with 34 lower stake race meetings for $8000 on Tuesday nights.
• Very successful Night of Champions, plus the Waikato Flying Mile Night the week before.
• A new ‘Summer Nights’ carnival on Friday nights throughout January.
