- 13 fillies and mares lower grade race series and finals (65 races minimum).
- Increased stakes for the Derby, Oaks, Sires Stakes finals, and Dominion Trot.
- ANZAC Cup restored to Group 1 status.
- A new 3YO Trotting Slot Race.
- A new Group 1 and two Group 3 races for mares.
