The email will ask you to click on a link to 're-validate' your account within the next 48 hours. The link will take you to a page which will ask you to enter your username and password, doing so will give these scammers your HRNZ details.
If you feel that your details have been passed on, you can reset your password by:
- Clicking on the My HRNZ button in the top left corner of our website

- Clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link

- Enter your email address and date of birth, then click 'Submit'.

An email will be sent to you with a link allowing you to set a new password.
