North Island Juniors get behind Team Teal
The North Island Junior Drivers have all come together to support the Team Teal Campaign.
Each time a North Island Junior Driver wins a race in the North Island during the Campaign (1st February to 15th March) all of the Junior Drivers in the North Island will donate $5 to the cause.
Currently we have 13 North Island Junior Drivers so every time they win a race we see $65 donated to Team Teal.
Initially, Zev Meredith and one of our North Island Ambassadors Alicia Harrison worked together to come up with ways for the male Junior Drivers to be involved in the campaign, once all the Juniors got talking about it they all agreed that the whole group would like to be donating and be involved.
"It's great to be able to support a good cause "said Zev.
With two Junior races programmed in the North Island during the campaign, Team Teal are guaranteed at least $130 towards the cause from the drivers.
