HRNZ's Notifiable Surgeries and Procedures Regulations
Since the introduction of the Notifiable Surgeries and Procedures Regulations in 2019, Harness Racing New Zealand has developed an online feature within the HRNZ Info horse app.
This allows owners and trainers a quick, efficient way to notify HRNZ of any Notifiable Surgeries and Procedures carried out on a horse in their care.
The Notifiable Surgeries and Procedures feature is straight forward and easy to use. When using the feature, the owner/trainer are asked the:
· Name the Horse
· Date of the procedure
· Name of Vet
· Then enter the procedure.
The Notifiable Surgeries and Procedures feature is available online through the owners/trainers My HRNZ Login.
A video tutorial on how to use the app can be found here
