HRNZ's 2027-29 Statement Of Intent
Harness Racing New Zealand (HRNZ) has released for consultation a draft of its 2027– 2029 Statement of Intent, setting out proposed changes to its plans for the next three years.
HRNZ has been granted an extension until 11 September 2026 to submit its final Statement of Intent to the Minister for Racing. The extension will allow HRNZ to complete consultation and continue working constructively with New Zealand
Thoroughbred Racing (NZTR).
