HRNZ Update - GST refunds
We processed the first payments relating to the historic GST input refunds to owners on Thursday, 25 July.
As the refunds relate to the period 1 June 2013 to 31 October 2018, a significant number of bank accounts have been closed since then. As a result, we have received an influx of emails from affected owners advising us of the change in their bank account details.
Our team is actively working through these emails. However, due to the high volume of requests, there may be a slight delay in updating your account and replying to your email.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these updates.
