HRNZ awards on tonight

It's awards night at Addington Raceway tonight.

The best of the best of 2025 will be celebrated at the annual NZB Standardbred Harness Racing New Zealand awards.

To be hosted by well-known personalities Michael Guerin and Brittany Graham, the awards will get underway at 6pm, with doors opening at 5.15pm.

Around 40 awards will be announced, culminating with the Horse of the Year just before 10pm.

As well as the age group winners there will be a number of other awards including Cadet of the Year, the Newcomer to Training and Owner and Breeder of the Year.

There will be updates on HRNZ's social media channels throughout the night.

A halftime report will be published on the HRNZ website at 7pm, with a full rundown of the night's awards at 10pm.
