Forbury Park clearance sale delayed again

Forbury Park’s clearance sale has been delayed again, and will now go ahead on Wednesday, October 13, providing Dunedin is at Alert Level One.

Around 400 items will go under the hammer from 1pm.  The sale was originally scheduled for early September and then September 24 but Covid restrictions have put paid to both those dates.

The auction follows the final meeting at Forbury Park on July 8. The course closed after more than a century following an independent review.

Among the items up for sale are the mobile gate, and the Falcon ute that goes with it, tractors, a dancefloor, bar equipment, and some branded Forbury Park memorabilia.
