Harness Racing New Zealand’s interim chief executive Phil Holden says he’s committed to the cause, but is warning that big changes are inevitable.
Holden, who was on the HRNZ Board, took over from Peter Jensen who stood down in May for health reasons.
In this video he talks about his business background, his take on where racing is currently at, and what he hopes will be a “sustainable” future .
