B = Blossom Lady
Blossom Lady was Addington’s queen even before her New Zealand Cup victory . Initially trained by Stephen Doody in Palmerston North the Farm Timer mare moved to Derek Jones’ Templeton stable in 1990 going on to win 36 times. She raced in six New Zealand Cups, her defining moment coming with her victory in 1992 that had her massive fan base in raptures. The Bloss died in 2004.
