Not much movement in NZ Cup and Dominion rankings

A last start third has been enough to propel Aardiebythehill seven places up the rankings for the Renwick Farms Dominion Trot at Addington on Friday, November 11.

The Muscle Hill four-year-old finished behind Robert and Jenna Dunn-trained stablemate Mataderos and Oscar Bonavena in the Majestic Son DG Jones Banks Peninsula Cup on Sunday and has now gone from 22nd to 15th in the latest rankings list for Cup and Show Week.

There is no change at the top of the rankings with the likes of two-time Dominion champion Sundees Son, Muscle Mountain, Midnight Dash and Enghien all clashing this Friday night at Addington in the Garry Thompson Handicap Trot.

In the pacing ranks for the IRT New Zealand Cup on Tuesday, November 8 the top 15 remains the same, with Australian Rock N Roll Doo staying at eighth in the rankings, despite a dominant Group 2 Kilmore Cup victory in Victoria over the weekend.
