Like father like son in Sweden
France was the big winner of Sweden's big race, with the French trotter Etonnant winning the Elitlopp final at Solvalla. And he did it tough, breaking with 800 to go and then travelling four wide around the last corner before getting up by a length in 1:51.3. The winner is owned and trained by Richard Westerink, who also owned and trained two-time Elitlopp winner Timoko, who just happens to be Etonnant's sire.
