Gary's Glazed Ham Recipe

As promised on The Box Seat, here is Gary's Glazed Christmas Ham Recipe - aka How to Heat a pre-cooked glazed ham from New World.

Order a Glazed Half Ham from New World Ilam (contact Jenny from the Deli).

On Christmas Day, preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Spray a roasting dish with oil and put a small amount of water or fruit juice in the bottom of the dish (just enough to cover the bottom to stop the ham drying out).

Place Glazed Ham in the roasting dish.

Cover it with foil that has been sprayed with oil on the underside.

Cook for approximately 1 hour

Remove foil from dish and cook for a further 10-15 minutes to brown the surface.
