After its success last year, the Seddon Shields Trotting Championship Series has been approved for the 2024-25 season.

As we head towards winter and the end of the 2023-24 season, things are certainly heating up in the first ever Ascot Park Iron Horse Bonus competition.

The Kapiti Coast Harness Racing Club holds its annual harness race meeting at the Otaki Racecourse on Thursday 4th January 2024 in conjunction with the Otaki Maori Racing Club as a dual code race meeting.

Apart from a few "tweaks here and there" the Kaikoura Trotting Club believe they are close to the event they want it to become as a lead up to IRT New Zealand Cup week.
