Stable Shout - Todd Macfarlane

This month’s Stable Shout winner is Todd Macfarlane.

The Stable Shout is a monthly award from the HRNZ Owners Sub Committee to recognize trainers who are going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service to their owners.

Todd was nominated by his owner Bevan Paterson, who had the following to say:

"After a long break away from harness racing we were able to afford to once again get involved, this time as owners.

Todd Macfarlane was one of the first people that I approached and this is a decision I couldn’t be happier about.

Todd not only found us a yearling at the sales to take a share in, but also offered us the opportunity to take a share in a syndicate. Another good decision.

Two of the three in the syndicate won as two-year-olds. This in itself speaks volumes of Todds eye for young stock.

The best thing though is the way we have been treated by ‘Team Macfarlane’ since the first day I spoke with Todd.

Aaron Lowe does an excellent job of keeping all members well informed in a light hearted manner, and I can talk to Todd about anything to do with the any of the horses we have,” said Bevan.

Todd will now receive $100 to shout himself and the staff morning tea to celebrate their wonderful performance in customer service.
