This month’s Stable Shout winner is Stonewall Stud and Jill Stockman.

The Stable Shout is a monthly award to recognize trainers who are going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service to their owners.

Jill and Stonewall Stud were nominated by Don and Tira Campbell, who had the following to say:

“We wish to convey our thoughts and feelings on the way that Stonewall Stud lets us know of the progress of the Standard Breed horses that we have racing shares in.

We are currently in four different syndicates which has six horses involved.

Each Wednesday Jill Stockman (Syndicate Manager) gives us a weekly email, this gives us a summary of the previous weeks racing that the stable horses were involved in and then a detailed list of the starters for the coming week at races and Trials/Workouts.These emails really make you feel part of the stable.

Then on a monthly basis for each syndicate we get a detailed Financial Statement which shows ALL income and expenditure.Photo copies of Bank Statements etc.

On top of all this whenever we go to the track our co trainer Steve Telfer is very approachable. He seems to know without prompting all the horses we are involved in and gives us a verbal report on their progress, answering any questions no matter how silly that they may be.

Their stable staff also have a great attitude and are also very friendly and approachable.

We intend joining any future syndicates we are invited to go in at the Stonewall Stud and Stables.”

Jill and Stonewall Stud will now receive $100 to shout themselves and the staff morning tea to celebrate their wonderful performance in customer service.
