Stable Shout - Shannon Armour

HRNZ Marketing Logo

This month’s Stable Shout winner is Shannon Armour.

The Stable Shout is a monthly award to recognize trainers who are going the extra mile to deliver exceptional service to their owners.

Shannon was nominated by Verity Kennard, who had the following to say:

“We have a very small share in a little mare that many people would laugh at. Happy Styx – she’s been a little inconsistent but we still love her!

However even with our tiny interest in this little mare, Shannon keeps us up to date several times a week with how Happy is going, her antics both in the shafts and in her paddock/ stable. She keeps in touch with some very amusing Snapchats and via Facebook messenger and text messages, and even emails.

Shannon has this Social media thing down to a fine art! Often taking snapchats whilst she is working Happy too. It’s very cool and it’s the little things like this that make it all the more fun. So, I would LOVE to nominate Shannon Armour as the leader of the pack when it comes to owner communication.”

Shannon will now receive $100 to shout herself and the staff morning tea to celebrate their wonderful performance in customer service.

If you would like to nominate your trainer for a stable shout, please email Jess Smith explaining why they deserve to win [email protected]
