HRNZ Complaints and Grievances Policy

The Harness Racing New Zealand (HRNZ) Board has approved its Complaints and Grievances Policy.

The policy relates solely to complaints against HRNZ employees and Board members and covers various aspects of the complaints process, including who will hear the grievances and how they will be dealt with.

Complaints against trainers, drivers and other licence-holders are not covered in this policy. That comes under the Code of Conduct.
