Who's eligible for Addington's Harness 7000?

There are a total of 24 eligible stallions for next Friday's Woodlands Stud Sires' Stakes Harness 7000 Mobile Pace at Addington (September 12).

The $50,000 feature is for three-year-old pacers whose sire's service fee was advertised at $7000 or less. Horses that have won a Group 1 or have lifetime stakes of $100,000 or more are not eligible for this race.
