Harness Jewels update : May 13

Tickets for the hospitality packages at the up-coming IRT Harness Jewels are in short supply, and are on the verge of selling out.

Nine $100,000 Group One races will be held at Cambridge Raceway on Sunday June 6, with Raceway Chief Executive Dave Branch says sales “are tracking better than when we last hosted the Jewels in 2018”.

There are literally only 110 hospitality tickets left.

“We have one table of 10 in the Clubhouse and we have 100 tickets to the Sports bar.”

General Admission tickets are also on sale, with Branch aiming for a total crowd of 5000, including 3000 in general admission, on the day.

“It’s a big aim,” he says, and 1000 more in GA than three years ago.

Other areas like the G.H. Mumm Marquee ($320 pp) and the IRT Skyline Lounge ($260pp) have long been sold out.

The raceway will also provide a special service for owners who have horses racing on the day.

“They will get free entry to the day and also have access to the Gavelhouse.com Industry Lounge where we will provide a free lunch.”

Owners with horses currently on the leaderboards will be sent an email later this week outlining the process for ticketing.
