Miss Hill advised she had not utilised the whip or activated the removable earplugs on RUBY N DIAMONDS after the mare had been trotting roughly and taking into account the mare's history of breaking when placed under pressure in previous starts.  Miss K Hill advised she would be effecting two gear changes to the horse, namely removing the whip and removable earplugs and adding a set of fixed ear plugs. After hearing from Miss Hill and viewing the films and the horses penalty record which highlighted the horses poor history Stewards took no further action other than to report the circumstances .GOLD INVASION was declared Unruly for future standing starts at the trainer's request.
