SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. RIGHT OF RE-ENTRY TIME: Shall be 5pm on day before raceday.
2. HORSE ATTENDANT: Trainers and drivers are advised that should they be required to attend a judicial inquiry, a starters assistant will be made available after each race for the purpose of returning their horse to the horse stall area. If a trainer or driver does not wish a starters assistant to carry out this duty, it will be the trainer's responsibility to provide an attendant at all times.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO NOMINATORS: Owners and Trainers are reminded that the club has the right to transfer any horse not selected to start in a race for which it was nominated to ANY OTHER RACE ON THE PROGRAMME for which it may be eligible. If you do not wish the club to exercise it's right to transfer a particular nominated horse then it is your responsibility as the nominator to advise the club of the same.
4. FIELD LIMITS: This meeting is limited to 8 races only with 12 starters per race plus ballots. Front line (7) from both Mobile and Standing Starts.
