SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. HORSE ATTENDANT: Owners, Trainers and Drivers are advised that should they be required to attend a judicial enquiry a starters assistant will be made available after each race for the purpose of returning their horse to the horse stall area. If a Trainer or Driver does not wish a starters assistant to carry out this duty it will be the Trainers responsibility to provide an attendant at all times. Owners, Trainers and Drivers should be aware that the Club does not accept legal liability for the horse, if a starters assistant is required to drive it back to the horse stall area.
2. SCRATCHING PEANALTIES: Horses accepted for this meeting are subject to the scratching penalties approved by the Executive Committee.For further information refer to the Harness Racing New Zealand Licence Holders Directory.
3. PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE SCHEME: Please note that for all races run on the Interdominion race dates of 25 March 2011, 1 April 2011 and 8 April 2011 Performance Scheme Levies will not be applicable and or bonuses paid.
