SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. DRIVING FEES: Stakemoney equivalent to the losing Driving Fee will be paid where applicable to all Starters who do not receive any stakemoney. This money will be allocated from the overall stakemoney as advertised for each race.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Any horse having less than the required number of handicapping wins for races where handicapping wins apply are eligible to nominate but preference will be given in the first instance to horses that the race caters for in terms of the number of handicapping wins.
3. HORSE ATTENDANT: Owners, Trainers and Drivers are advised that should they be required to attend a judicial enquiry a starters assistant will be made available after each race for the purpose of returning their horse to the horse stall area. If a Trainer or Driver does not wish a starters assistant to carry out this duty it will be the Trainers responsibility to provide an attendant at all times. Owners, Trainers and Drivers should be aware that the Club does not accept legal liability for the horse, if a starters assistant is required to drive it back to the horse stall area.
