SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. HORSE ATTENDANT: Trainers and Drivers are advised that should they be required to attend a judicial enquiry a starters assistant will be made available for the purpose of returning their horse to the stable enclosure. If a trainer does not wish a starters assistant to carry out this duty it will be the trainers responsibility to provide the attendant at all times.
